Introducing the Dark Feminine
Three threads, all ever so delicately intertwined, that make up the divine blueprint of the Dark Feminine. These faces, or aspects of her beingness, are ones that all women share with her. They are however, often found hiding, bound in hard to reach places within, silent in their waiting.
Unearthing them is only the beginning.
This course invites women to experience a perspective shift, one that is designed to connect you to your own deeper nature. This is a vast inner landscape teeming with life, one in which authenticity, power and wisdom grow in abundance. This is the true space of you that has always existed; beyond belief systems that were never of your own choosing. Belief systems that have enclosed the feminine principle; contorted her. Imprisoned her.
The Dark Feminine disrupts this.
She is an ancient archetype rich in societal misunderstanding.
Let her be misunderstood.
For that is precisely how she found her freedom - and this is what she has come to teach.
The course itself is delivered across 5-weeks as a trio of workshops, everything is intentional. Everything is interconnected. You will receive a workbook that includes self-directed practices & rituals (both out in nature and at home) to be completed inbetween workshops that support your process and learning.​​​​​​​​​​​​

Session #1: MIND
14th June 2025
disrupt + seed
Session 1 starts with a focus on the mind; building a foundation of understanding through reflective feminist philosophy. There will be information sharing however this is also process and dialogue driven; so less “teaching” and more “arriving” at knowledge together. We will also start to conceptualise the Three Faces; building recognition of these aspects at the level of the mind. Session 1 fundamentally seeks to disrupt ingrained patterns of belief, rather like tilling the soil of your garden, so you can seed something new.
This 3 hour workshop is delivered online via Zoom, you do not need any prior knowledge at all.

Session #2: BODY
28th June 2025
immerse + incarnate
​Session 2 is our incredible in-person wild immersion at the beautiful Tortworth Arboretum; a full day spent in nature taking the ideas seeded in the first session, and bringing them to earth. Incarnate means to embody in flesh, therefore this session heralds our movement from mind into body - the personal body, the collective body; our earth's body. This workshop is a lovely meshing of individual, partner and group work; co-mingling energies and insights in ways that will feel safe and contained. Although the work itself is rooted in the principles of eco-psychology and nature-based practice, you will also have time to simply soak up the specialness of this 20-acre woodland as you so wish. The use of which is exclusively ours, setting you up to leave as you would a retreat; with a deep exhale and a sense of restoration. *optional wild-camping available.

Session #3: SOUL
19th July 2025
reflect + integrate
​Session 3 completes our trifecta; shifting into the infinite and transcendent waters of the soul. This is the part of us that seeks evolution, expansion and expression. This is the part of us that takes all the raw material of our human life experience, and transmutes it into the nectar of authenticity. It is in this space, having spent some time in our individual processes since we met in person, we now come together to reflect. Expect prompts designed with integration in mind as we collectively weave all three faces of the dark feminine together. Perspectives shift and ripen, potently changing the shape of your expression; for as you unite the three, you unite with the muse of your own deeper nature.
This 2.5 hour workshop is delivered online via Zoom.​​​​​​​​​

I honour the sacredness of every woman's journey - cis and trans - and my intention is to create a space that is rooted in kindness, trust and soul-deep safety. I recognize that people carry different lived experiences and different kinds of trauma, so I approach each unique individual with attunement and care. This isn't a one-size-fits-all space - its one of mutual respect, where everyone is witnessed and held in their full expression of humanity and divinity.
Participants will be required to speak with me prior to the course starting as part of a trauma-informed screening process to ensure that any additional needs can be met adequately and safely. Most importantly, I want you to be sure I am the right fit for you! I'm more than happy to chat informally any time should you have any queries or concerns.
​​The site is an exclusive 20-acre off-grid ancient woodland, complete with handcrafted wood roundhouse, fire pits, and eco-friendly compost toilet.
Important Information
Online workshops: Please note these sessions will not be recorded, therefore participation at the scheduled times, and with all three sessions, is essential.
In-person workshop:
​You can choose to attend on the day, or wild camp the night before and after the workshop (Friday 27th June and Saturday 28th June 2025) for an extra £10pp/pn. If you do opt to camp, arrival to the site must be after 6pm and before 9pm. Please note there is no running water on the site- you must bring all you will need to comfortably camp/cook/drink.
